Very professional and sterile. I was made to feel very comfortable and everything was talked through with us.
I had my daughter with me and she looking forward to having hers ears pierced there in the future.

Came in to enquire about a spare of the moment piercing on the Friday and was welcomed by the lovely lady that works there, I booked there an then and went first thing Saturday morning to have it done. Such a nice, friendly and professional lady. I’ll be back 😊

We came to cloud eighteen for my friends 30th birthday... We all had matching welded bracelets and it was amazing.
We arrived and there was processco and then we chose our bracelet and charm and it was just such a lovely environment and Tanya and Claudia was just lovely and made it even more special for my friends 30th birthday! ... If you are looking for something special and elegant then Cloud Eighteen is the place to go!! Thank you for a lovely afternoon xx

I brought my 9 year old daughter to cloud eighteen to get her ears pierced for the first time. She was incredibly nervous but Tanya was so welcoming and friendly and she immediately put my daughter at ease. The experience was such a special one and a super positive one thanks to Tanya - my daughter even cried happy tears at the relief that it wasn’t as bad as she’d been expecting it to be!
I would highly recommend Tanya/cloud eighteen to anyone looking to get theirs or their child’s ears pierced.

Cloud Eighteen never misses, all their pieces are stunning and our experience getting permanent/welded bracelets was so good! It was exciting and fun, Tanya made sure of it. My mum and I got matching ones which we adore, they’re beautiful and great quality. We went back to get new charms and will be going back for more charms in the future! Would 110% recommend.
